Hello dear sir,

Thank you for all this wonderful work you do.

I have noticed a definite overall improvement in the sense of general well-being. My sleep has been deeper, this makes an enormous difference. There was one day during this initial period when I slept a lot during the day AND the night. It was New Year's Day, and even with going to bed early-ish (before midnight) the previous night, I felt exhausted. I mark this up to a letting down of the stress of the year past.

I am really enjoying the alertness with which I wake up, and I feel ready to take on the day's tasks. I also seem to have improved mental clarity for doing some of the more challenging work. My emotional state is very steady so I don't dread the difficult tasks, rather I feel 'up to' taking them on.

It feels easier to establish new and better daily routines that will enhance my productivity. All this makes me feel that I am doing something positive for my health and that alone makes me happier and thus, healthier. It's a win-win for me!
