The scalar sessions do help me. I've been doing it a few months on and off for about a year or so.
The beginning was rough a year ago but it helped.
Now not so hard on me. I also did other people.
It does help. Without it, getting out of bed is hard.
Now I get out of bed right away if I have to. I was not able to do that.
I will probable need this the rest of my life to function.
